Rachel's work explores the use of color as an intense visual sensation that affects emotion and imagination. She uses both traditional and improvisational techniques to connect color, design, and texture. Her work has been exhibited in regional, national, and international juried and invitational shows. She is also the editor and coauthor of New Jersey Quilts 1777 to 1950: Contributions to an American Tradition.
